Rose is proven to uplift, relax and improve mood according to a trial on human volunteers.
We already know rose oil, rose water and rose essential oil are hugely beneficial to the skin, anti-inflammatory, healing, anti-ageing and free radical scavenging.
Come along to my workshop on 16th March, 7-9pm and make your own rose skin cream using rose oils and waters to take home along with a luxurious chocolate face mask. £20 each, or £35 for two people and feel the benefits yourself. This would make a wonderful Mothers Day gift!

Here’s a novel use for lip balm I’ve never heard of…Tony from www.craggers.org comments:
“I took the lip balm to Scotland where I was teaching a group winter skills and ice climbing. As often happens in the cold and wet the skin at the side of my nails splits, opens up and is very painful. As soon as it began this year for some reason I put the lip balm on it and it did not progress and started to get better. An unorthodox use I’m sure but very effective.”
